Pickup locations:

  • Airport pickups are included and location depends on your airline. You will see signs in alphabetical order once you walk out of the airport. The pickup zones are immediately outside the doors of the airport

    • If you land in terminal 1, pickup is at zone L

    • If you land in terminal 2, pickup is at zone S

      • Airline terminal info can be found here

    • If you arrive at the airport by ground transportation, pickup is at terminal 2 arrivals area, zone S

  • Included non-airport pickup

    • Santa Fe Depot and Old Town train and bus stations

    • Hotel within 3 miles of the airport

  • Non-airport area pickup ($30 charge)

    • If you need to be picked up more than 3 miles from the airport, there is an additional $30 charge

Pickup Times

  • Getting back across the border takes our drivers several hours at times, so we thank you for understanding our pickup time policies as we work to efficiently group passengers together

  • All included pickup times are 7am-2pm PST. Your driver will give you an ETA

    • Please allow some buffer time between arrival and pickup as we group passengers together from different flights and arrivals

  • Late arrivals

    • If you arrive after 2pm, you can be picked up at any of the above locations between 7am-2pm the following day

    • Same-day pickup: There is a $50 charge for late arrivals to be transported on the same day

Luggage Policy

  • We recommend you pack light as one carry on-sized luggage is included per passenger. Space is limited in our vehicles and we want to make sure there is room to accommodate everyone

    • Medium luggage: $10 charge per bag

    • Large luggage: $20 charge per bag

Drivers

  • Willie and Adriana are our primary drivers, but another driver may be assigned to pick you up if there are many passengers that day

  • If you're assigned a new driver, we will text you with their contact information, and the driver will have your information as well

  • Your driver will give you more specific pickup details such as ETA and type of vehicle

  • Once you are ready at the pickup location, please text your driver to let them know

  • If any details such as delayed arrival or change of flight occurs, please text your driver right away

  • Our drivers graciously accept tips

  • If any additional fees apply to your transportation, please bring cash for payment

  • We do not make any stops once everyone is picked up, so please use the restroom ahead of time

  • Willie does not transport you back from Mexico. There is a different shuttle that will handle your transportation in Tijuana and coming back to the USA. Your MBC coordinator can give you more info about your return trip
